England – T&T: Not on my favorite List anymore

Well, I must say, that England is really disappointing me. And that they won 2:0 is because T&T didn't have the power for 90 Minutes. I don't know how England will win even against Sweden, not to speak about Argentinia, Czech or maybe even Germany.

Beckham was nearly without great actions, Rooney is still too weak to turn such a Game, although he made a good Game for what has happened to him. Lampard had a good Game, and of course Crouch. He was really fighting, so it was more than fair that he made the first goal.

I don't know. I think England will not come further than to the quarters. There they will play either against Mexico, Portugal, Argentinia or the Netherlands. I don't think they will reach the semi-finals.

My Fav-List for now is:

  • Argentinia
  • Spain
  • Czech Republic
  • Netherlands
  • Germany
  • Brasil (although they, too, didn't play very well. They will be kicked if their second Game will be as weak as their first one)

Spain and the Czech Republic are looking on top form right now. All the others so far a little dissapointing. Personally I’d like to think the home support will spur Germany on to victory but with the defence still learning the offside rule it looks unlikely.

Lampard had a shocker today – he did very little to convince me that he is nothing more than a player who shoots on getting possession of the ball.
England are starting to look weak. From the outset I placed my wild expectations on Australia… I reckon they might be unexpectedly handy in this World Cup.

no worry about England, they have a phantastic Defensive, and Rooney is back! No problem to qualify for the quarter-finals, then it’s luck anyway against Netherlands, Argentinia or Portugal.

I am not worried about England. I am not a Fan of England so it doesn’t matter for me, if they will have to go home 😉
